Vibration screen (vibroshaker) is a machine in the form of a box, inside of which there are special sorting screens with specified mesh sizes. This machine is intended for dry screening bulk materials by specified particle sizes. The number of installed and additionally supplied (in the kit) screens, as well as mesh sizes are determined by requirements of customers.

Quarry vibroshaker DRO 622 (GIS 53)

GIS 53 is a machine in the form of a box, inside of which there are special sorting screens with specified mesh sizes. This machine is intended for dry screening bulk materials (crushed stone) by specified particle sizes. The vibroshaker has three screens.

The vibroshaker can be used to separate by fractions the following materials: coal, ore, limestone, basalt, etc.

The principle of operation of a vibration screen (vibroshaker) is based on its inertial vibration, due to which specified fractions of a processed material pour through corresponding screens.

When designing the vibroshaker our experts took into account availability of some its spare parts (for example, springs – widespread UAZ car shock absorbers). All other accessories are available from our warehouses.
