The mill is intended for grinding materials with Mohs hardness of up to 5, with moisture content of up to 4% and a melting point of not less than 300 0C. Industrial mill MTZV-3
The industrial mill MTZV-3 has three grinding stages connected sequentially. Its specially varied rotor components, specially varied cross sections of transitions between chambers, unloading methods, and specially varied speeds provide a wide range of variable performances of the mill.
Industrial mill МК-160×700
The combined impact-reflection mill is intended for grinding materials with Mohs hardness of up to 5 and moisture content of up to 4%, with the final product particle size of less than 100 μm.

Combined industrial mills differ in their technical data, which depend on properties of processed raw materials.
The most important advantage of this machine is its environmental compatibility. Unlike other similar machines for grinding, it does not pollute the environment with dust, all powder materials are captured by its dust collector and bag filter.

Working components of industrial mills
The combined mills have three compartments allowing crushing materials with final particle sizes of less than 3 mm. Transitions between the compartments and rotor assemblies are executed with variable sections providing fine grinding.
This type of combined mills allows to change their grinding speed and unloading method directly in the grinding process. Depending on the grinding speed, mill power consumption and capacity is varied.
Raw materials are crushed under the impact action of hammers, rotor blades and corresponding breaker plates. After grinding, the particles under air pressure enter the outlet pipe. The air pressure is created by rotated rotor blades.
