Roll crusher with teeth DVZ 2L is intended for crushing lump materials of low and medium strength (70-120 MPa, 700-1200 kgf/cm2) with moisture content of up to 25%. The crusher can be used in production lines and crushing complexes as the first or second stage of crushing large pieces of materials.

The source material is loaded into a feeding hopper and under its own weight, moves into a zone of rotation of two crusher rotors with teeth. Pieces of the material are caught by the rotors rotating towards each other and crushed by impact and abrasion forces. The crushed material is poured into an unloading device/hopper.

Main advantages of the crusher are its reliability and ease of operation. For better use, it is reasonable to install the crusher over a conveyor belt with a belt width of 800-1000 mm. We recommend loading materials into the crushing chamber using conveyor belt feeders of various modifications: depending on a particular installation site and a general layout of particular machines at the production site.
