Roll crusher with smooth rotors DVG 200×125 is intended for crushing brittle bulk materials of various strength, including for dry crushing rocks.

Roll crusher DVG 200х125 has small overall dimensions and is capable of crushing materials with a source material particle size of up to 12 mm. Final product particle size: varied using the mechanism of adjusting the gap between rotors (from 0.5 mm to 8 mm).

Twin roll crusher with smooth rotors DVG 200х125: design

The main working parts of the crusher are two rotors that rotate towards each other at different speeds. The torque is transmitted to the rotors from two electric motors (1.1 kW each) by means of a V-belt drive.

For grinding various materials and obtaining various final product particle sizes, the crusher rotors are equipped with a special adjustment mechanism.

All the basic crusher parts are mounted on a welded frame (including loading hopper, unloading hopper, as well as final product box).
